Our Story
Chapter & Verse Bookstore was born from a love of books, storytelling, faith, creativity, and community. As a publisher and author, founder Thea Fielding-Lowe has spent years helping writers bring their stories, messages, and ideas into the world. Through that work, she saw firsthand how powerful it can be when an author is given an opportunity to be seen—and when a reader discovers a book that speaks directly to where they are in life.
Chapter & Verse is an extension of that vision: a bookstore where meaningful books are celebrated, independent voices have a place on the shelf, and readers are invited to discover stories they may not find everywhere else.

Too many wonderful books never receive the visibility they deserve.
We want to help change that by giving authors opportunities to place their books in front of new readers, participate in events, build relationships, and become part of a growing literary community.
